The KIVA Spring Junior League is 5-week league where athletes are placed on a team based on their age and skill level. This is a very basic introduction to the game of volleyball. They practice 1 day a week for 1 hour. They spend the first 40 minutes of practice each week learning a new skill. Then the last 20 minutes they do 6 vs. 6 scrimmaging to apply the skills they have learned. This is all in house, no outside tournaments, etc.
